We fought the law and… we won.

Good day,

It appears our common law argument seems to be holding out so everything is now happening full flow on the farm. We are once again in need of peoples time and resources.

You may have heard that we have been evicted – but as we all know, then cannot lawfully evict us. We, as free men, have laid claimed to the land and have issued noticesd to say that only other free men are allowed onto the land. This means that police or bailiffs can only visit us as free men, with no added authority or power over us. If they do attempt to come onto the land as anything other than free men we will take each individual to court and sue them (essentially this is made possible because they have been warned).

They have threatened us with eviction and bailiffs 4 times now, yet each time nobody comes. We believe it is because nobody wants to take responsibility for attempting to remove us unlawfully. Neither of the judges in the case signed any of the orders – this would make them liable to prosecution under common law.

So, we are staying, and are beginning to build again. The past few weeks have seen relatively little progress on the farm but a renewed confidence has kick started us back into gear.

Everybody is welcome, but only as a free man, free woman or child. Come and support the peaceful revolution – it is finally happening…

:D love

Although we were evicted, the authorities we extremely careful when removing us from the site. We obviously put the eeie-jeebies up them as they knew they were dealing with ‘Free men’.
