In the beginning…

Episode 1: Eviction Day

After 2 months on Tyting Farm we were physically carried off the land. We did not consent to leaving our homes, and there was no lawful validity to the orders to remove us. As we were making good use of the land, and we were causing nobody any harm by being there, it seemed a little wrong that we were harassed in such a way, without good reason….

Episode 2: Return to Tyting Farm

On returning to Tyting Farm, we discovered the mess that the authorities had left. After taking the time to clean the site, we had a cup of coffee and sat around the sacred fire to enjoy the sun set as we did for 2 months. It ended up being quite a dramatic experience…

Episode 3: Sue The Law

We warned them at the time that their actions would constitute unlawful harassment (as well as in previous orders issued to the chief constable of surrey), so we have pressed charges against the surrey police force and security company that physically manhandled us. They have not yet replied to our request for compensation…

Since we saw you that time at silent pool, and I’d heard you mention hemp a couple of times, I’ve been looking into it. And you’re absolutely right, it seems to be a wonder plant! And now I see the film above too. Nice one. I’m a convert!

  • SURREY POLICE!!! Why does their attitude and physical abuse not surprise me!! They are the ones who pushed my front door open when my disabled son opened it ~ I was not in the house only my grandaughter Jade,Grandson Jack and husband were here. They thought Robert was on drugs because he spoke slower, they pushed him to the ground not realising that he can’t walk independantly and when he tried to defend himself they continuaslly sprayed cs gas into his face which also went into the faces of my grandchildren. Then they carried Robert off down the path and off to Guildford Police Station. After months of an investigation and appeal the two officers got a slap on the wrist and the investigating officer got promotion!!

simple, honest and heartfelt desire to live on the land in a community with respect, sharing and learning…what, in the eyes of the law, is wrong with that? aside of ‘unlawful occupation’ why do we get caught up in legal bureauracy? ‘law of the land’ video is hillarious, so many evictions could be prevented if people knew their exact rights and felt able to stand up to the law.

  • James Maupin says:

As a representative of what you call the “New World Order,” I can state with glee that this is one more sign of our victory over the challengers to Zionism. We can ignore your admiralty law. The Protocols shall come to fruition. Repent!

Great, like the humanity, humour and courage of you project. The desire and relevance wanting to escape the machine of modern life to live in greater harmony which the surroundings seems to get more important with each year and is something i find myself thinking of quite a lot. Good luck.
