Its important that we know how people feel about what we are trying to achieve, or how we are going about it… Please speak your mind – leave us some feedback!!

Devils advocates are more than welcome.. say what you feel.

We realise that this is not an ideal way for us to interact and communicate with each other – A forum is being built as we speak…

Thanks for permission to speak ;)

I think what you are doing is the best possible…

The only help I could suggest is to always remember that you are not alone and “know your roots” well..

Important because if you know your “roots, stem and branches” you can correctly “recognise your family”.. which is out there and “growing”.

For example U.K.local allotment growers have been quietly doing “permaculture” for years and the “Diggers” as a movement are 350 years old..

With increasing commercialism (as with “Festivals”) It appears to be forgotten that Internet communications and things like Email, and social networking (e.g. Facebook and Myspace) are (despite their inevitable commercialisation) are a historical consequence of the influential work of the world-changing idealism of students, hippies and “earth-dreamers” who with things like “The Whole Earth Catalogue” triggered the development of California’s San Jose’s (“Silicon Valley”) becomming a world centre of “Eclectic Communications”..

(as recently as 1990’s big telcos like AT&T rejected the “idea of the internet”)

Few want a “talk shop” but communications and dialogue are the bricks and mortar of “community action”..

“Whole Communications” comes first.. (not tainted by commercial additives)

    quoting Gandhi, ”

we must make friends with our enemies if we are to attain world peace~~ we need to remember to love them, make eye contact, find their inner child, find their lovelight, we are all related, it is imperative to remember they are products of a civilization that is failing, they are still living in the old dream, be patient and loving to them, everyone who crosses our path is a teacher, prayers for peace”

    • Hi all, I love what you’re doing and feel that we’re all part of the land, just that we need to step back from the madness of today’s world and remember who we are. It makes me feel human again to see you all standing up for your rights, against the evils of land ownership, commerce and laws that protect just the wealthy and elites.

  • Your Step-by-Step Guide To Saving The World is really excellent, focusing on the crucial solutions (like local organic food production & hemp re-legalization). It’s very refreshing to hear it presented in a short and concise way, oftentimes resitance to the current destructive paradigm misses the most important changes and so lacks real usefulness. I posted a link to your Guide in a comment on this excellent article:

    Hi all,

Just wanted to send you all my very best wishes. I still think about my times on the farm every day, and regularly check your sites for updates. I have never encountered such a loving, accepting bunch of people. I can’t say I agree with all your views, but I’ve never felt more at home and free than when I’m chiling with you guys. The solstice was an amazing experience.

Long live the Tyting community project! We are friends forever :)

    Sam.

  • Jon says:

    Hi all,

A beautifully expressed and coherent argument – congratulations on it and the project – it’s very inspiring :-)

    A couple of points:

“We provide a loving, peaceful environment for all of our guests and treat them with tolerance.”

Only tolerance? I think respect is probably a better word?

“We are explaining to people that they need not pay their mortgage, or taxes as they are unlawful contracts, based on usury*. Their money and time would be much better spent investing in local food and energy systems, rather than paying off interest on a false debt.”

Whilst this is certainly true, I think the National Trust (and the individuals within it) may be having a hard time with this one, as it flies in the face of everything the NT stands for (ie preserving the past) and this point may have to be introduced more gently to achieve any change.

Best wishes, and keep up the good work,

    Jon x

    Dear Dolores,

you obviously have many useful ideas – it’s a shame even the ‘liberal’ press seem to be trying to portray you as a ‘complete nutter.’

Just one query, though. Do you not think that all life is a direct manifestation of the Divine Creative Energy that first formed the Universe, and therefore in our deepest, innermost, truest nature we are all the ‘Messiah’ or Buddha, or ‘posessed of the Holy Spirit’ or whatever you want to call it?

    Good Luck

  • An open mind says:

Your aims are well written however your solutions are completely inadequate. Hemp is not going to solve what is a global food problem and if anything will decrease biodiversity and have a negative effect on our environment. Using biofuels in existing diesel engines will not help with cutting harmful emissions into the atmosphere. There is growing evidence that the large scale production of biofuels will have negative impacts on the world forests, food production and climate change. Indeed Friends of the Earth are campaigning against the EU biofuels target for these reasons.
Solar power will not provide enough energy for our growing population-consumption must be firstly reduced dramatically and even then a number of alternative energy sources will be required.
Wind turbines and other means of producing energy require resources. Resources must have a value, they have to come from somewhere and they have to be manufactured by someone, using energy from thing.
I therefore implore you to research your aims and solutions far more and empower yourselves with a far greater legal and scientific knowledge.
If “Dark smoke” was produced whilst they burnt your houses however, you may have at least one leg to stand on…………!

    • Blue Eagle says:

These are all valid points my friend, and I wouldn’t argue with a word of it. If you look at our ’step-by-step guide to saving the world’ you’ll see that we take all these points into account.

The main problem we face at the moment is the sheer WASTE involved with our current infrastructure. Its not a matter of finding a replacement for our energy needs – it is simply a question of realising how little we actually need, as well finding more efficient ways of using what we already have.

The main cause of this problem is our economic system, and the interest that amounts on our debts. It is forcing us to do a lot of uneccessary work which is causing us and our planet a great deal of harm. You say that ‘Resources must have a value, they have to come from somewhere, using energy from something’. When one person can create wealth through charging interest on a debt, another person somewhere has to make up for it through their hard labor. This makes it totally unfair as well as inefficient.

I’d like to point out also that we have all the ‘Legal’ knowledge we need – as we are aware of the ‘Common Law’. Using common law it is easy to see how many of our so called ‘laws’ are in fact, unlawful. The economic system – our main oppressor, is protected by our corrupt legal system – maybe you should empower yourself with knowledge of the Common Law? :) It enables us to truly free ourselves.

Hemp is not the only plant that we want to grow, but it is an extremely useful resource, can help us in so many ways and we are simply crazy not to use it more widely. It can work incredibly well as a pioneer plant where soil is depleted of nutrients, instead of having to use chemical fertilisers or machines to do the work. Hemp seed is an excellent source of nutrition and the plant fibres can be used for everything from clothing to building materials. So, I’ll ask again, why is it illegal?

All we need is food and energy. We’ll be much better off when we learn of our rights under common law and start sourcing our own food and fuel. Producing whatever we can locally will be the best thing we could do to lower our emissions and I’ll re-iterate the point that it is the waste within our consumerist lifestyles that is the problem and that needs addressing – not which fuel they are going to sell us next.

    • Jessi-KA says:

Hemp is actually a very adequate solution to many of our current problems…but yes an open mind is a great thing to have!!! In this world there are more possibilities then our third dimension brains can wrap themselves around…

  • Jessi-KA says:

I love your process…I love what you are aiming to achieve here and your efforts are wonderful and amazing, but is it not blasphemous to speak of yourself as the only Christ? Especially when the true second coming of Christ has already begun and you my friend are not him? Tho you are a beautiful piece of God and Christ and yes an equal God, as Jesus always believed that God and Gods people are equal and one and the same in the living world…I am sure you have had experiences as have I, that have led you to the Truth, but in that truth surely you would know your soul as beautiful and evolved as it is, is not the reincarnate of Christ..I just would like to inform you of this in order for you to meditate and open up your psyche to the Truth of you YOU are. There is only one soul of Christ, and God has and will inform that soul of who, how and when, it is time for Him/Her to reveal them self to the world…those that claim to be Christ can not be Christ but are false in Gods eyes. I say this with LOVE and I say this with Truth. Integrity is not something that is spoken it is lived and it is shown and known only to GOD what is in the heart of His people…If you continue to claim this falsehood I can only tell you that Christ him/herself will not be please…and is not. Many people claim to be Christ..the two halves of Christ’s soul and consciousness are in the process of coming together as we speak..there is a beautiful reunion happening of the divine male and divine female aspect all around us at this time in evolution but again I must warn you that you are not who you are claiming to be…tho you are most wonderfully and most likely beautiful twin souls and a divine example of evolved and peaceful spirits…you should really not be expressing to the world that your Christ, not just for yourselves but for the people who may actually believe you. Once again I send my love to you, and this is not my way of saying your a liar or your aspirations are false, just your claim to fame is false and Christ would not tell the world through a website that He/She is the chosen one…I would like you to e-mail me your exact awakening experience to being the chosen one so that I may better understand why you would think you are Christ. Thank you for trying to make this world a better place and thank you for listening to what I have to say and considering it as TRUTH. Namaste.

Have you guys heard about the new legislation in the health serices?

Currently under consultation are two papers which will 1) kill alternative therapies and 2) put herbal, vitamin and supplement products under drugs legislation.

For more infor on this, follow the links below and check it out for yourselves ;)

    http://www.dh.gov.uk/en/Publicationsandstatistics/Publications/PublicationsPolicyAndGuidance/DH_102824

    and

    http://www.dh.gov.uk/en/Consultations/Liveconsultations/DH_103567

If we don’t do anything about this, we will have no herbs available for us to use, as they will be in the hands of the drugs companies! (by making herbalists into ‘Health Professionals’ they automatically fall under drugs legislation the same as doctors)
We only have until 2nd November to comment/object to these.

Good Luck with the farm.’Nil Illegitimus Carborundum’ lol
