Sounds like a load of guff to me too. If they have failed to include a date on the paperwork previously then tough on them. Good luck, if I wasnt working then i would probably come over

Doesn’t look like a real threat. Its an attempt to get you to
leave the farm without the NT going to the expense of hiring
baliffs. Just dig your heels in and stay. Theres always a waiting
list for the baliffs. I reckon it will be a while yet before the
