When you live in the present moment, (i.e the ‘here and now’, not ‘in another country far away… or in the past or future!) you will notice that people are kind, loving understanding… not the picture that is painted in the media, or in our education.
Wars are waged because of lies… they born through peoples imagination (fear, anger etc..)
As soon as you start ignoring the liars, and focusing on honesty, truth and ‘reality’ (this moment), you begin to see that beauty is, in fact, all around us. There are many places to spread the words of love and togetherness!!! EVERYWHERE!!
