Tyting Community Project

I’ve been taking a break from our campaign to recharge over the past few months and feel much the better for it. Our community has grown and stengthened due to the UK rainbow gathering in East Sussex and we aim to stick together throughout the winter and continue to live in a healthy and communal way. The rainbow gathering are the apitamy of a sharing and healing atmosphere, and we feel we can bring a lot to any area that would have us.

We are currently looking for a suitable site for our community to move to until April of 2010, after which we will be moving to East Anglia for the Beltane celebrations, continuing onto Finland for the European Gathering.

We are a will group of volunteers who are prepared to work the land (i.e. coppicing, charcoaling, craftwork) in return for being given a place to call home for the next six months.

We envisage a healing atmosphere, in keeping with Rainbow traditions. We have a policy against the use of alcohol or synthetic drugs, or the use of electronic devices.

Do you own Woodland? Do you like music and arts? Would you like an conscious and loving eco community to live near you?

We have a few options that are opening up for us, and we are OK where we are for a little while longer, but time is of the essence. Please get in touch if you can help us…
